Title: Undercover
Rating: PG-13
Spoilers: None
Summary: Mac goes undercover in Australia for Webb. The problem is,
Notes: FYI there's a subplot in this fic from the past, but what happened concerning that person in this is totally different. Confused? You'll see what I mean later. I'll explain it a little more, I promise!

Harm stared at his wife. The words "undercover" and "Australia" had just
come out of her mouth. "Mac, are you sure about this? It could be
dangerous. I know Palmer is dead, but the girls are still trying to adjust
to the whole mess."

"Harm," Mac replied, looking up from the suitcase she was packing. "I'll be
fine."

"First off, you just had twins, and second, Webb asked you. You know
something always goes horribly wrong when he's involved."

Mac shook her head. "Not all the time." Harm gave her a look. "Okay, all
the time. Harm, you know I'm careful when I'm undercover."

"I know, honey," he said, taking her hands. "It's just that I thought we
could spend some time together."

It was her turn to give him a look. "You don't think you'll be able to
handle four girls, do you?"

"Do you remember the last time I tried to take them to the toy store, Mac?" he asked.

She smiled. He had lost Evelyn and Serena within a few seconds. "You'll be all  right, honey. If you need anything, Harriet and Bud aren't too far away."

"Fine," Harm said with a sigh. He knew she wasn't going to change her mind. He hugged her close. "Just be careful, Ninja Girl."

"I will."

***************

Mac spotted Webb a few minutes after she got her luggage. "Hello, Mac."

"Webb, lets get this over and done with. I had a hard enough time not telling Harm who's wife I'm going undercover as. When he finds out..."

Webb nodded. "He's going to kick my ass. Lets go, he's waiting at the US Embassy."

Fifteen minutes later, the two arrived at the Embassy. Mac nearly cringed when she heard that voice again. "Hello, Sarah. Long time no see."

"Yes, it has been a while," she replied. "How have you been?"

"Not as good as you apparently," Mic said, eyeing her left hand. "So who's the lucky guy?"

Mac shook her head. "Don't pretend you don't know, Mic. You nearly drove us apart, remember?"

Mic only shrugged and that made Mac want to slug him. Two years before Evelyn was born, Mic was part of some exchange program between the US and Australia. Harm always did think it was funny that someone from the US didn't go to Australia....

Mic was caught selling drugs and tried to pin it on Harm. Luckily, Webb and Admiral Chegwidden learned what was really going on and had Mic deported and kicked out of the Australian Navy. Mic now worked as an undercover police officer in Sydney.

"So you finally tamed Rabb, Sarah?"

Before Mac could reply, Webb walked over to them. "Couldn't you two call a truce until after this investigation is over?" he asked.

"I don't know how you talked me into this," Mac replied. "I should have listened to Harm."

"Mac, Harm and I both know that you're the only who could pull this operation off. Besides, if we don't, more people are going to die."

Mac nodded. "Lets get to work! The sooner we start, the sooner I can get home to Harm and the girls."
