Harm had just pulled into his driveway when the police cars arrived. He immediately tensed, thinking something happened to his family. He was in for an even bigger shock than he could imagine.

"Commander Rabb?" an officer asked, walking over to him.

"Yes?" he answered hesitantly. "What's going on? Is my family all right?"

The man nodded. "I'm pretty certain they're fine. I'm not here for them. I'm Sheriff Chris Tuttle. Commander, do you know a woman by the name of Annie Forrester?"

He stared at the Sheriff. "I do. She kidnapped my wife and children and nearly killed me, why?"

"She was found murdered in her jail cell earlier today." Harm continued to stare at the him. "There's more. Commander, your finger prints were found on the gun."

Harm was shocked to say the least and the only word he could get out of his mouth was, "What?!"

Sheriff Tuttle took out his handcuffs. "Commander Rabb, you're under arrest for the murder of Annie Forrester," he said, then began reading the Miranda Rights.

Mac saw police lights flashing, so she ran outside. Harriet was putting the kids down for their nap. "Oh my God!" she exclaimed. "Harm!"

Another officer held her back. "I'm sorry, Ma'am," he said.

"Sorry my ass! That's my husband you're arresting and I'm his lawyer!" she exclaimed, glaring at the man.

He glanced at the Sheriff, who nodded. "Give them a few minutes."

"Harm," Mac said again, taking his hands. "I'm going to get you out of this!"

He smiled. "Since when did you believe in miracles?"

"Don't act like this, Harm! We both know you didn't do it! Webb knows you didn't do it!"

"Webb? When did you talk to him?"

"He called when you were out," Mac explained. "So help me, Harm, I was thinking he wanted you to go undercover. God, I wish that were true."

Harm kissed her on the lips. "Everything will be fine. You know how Webb likes to pull rabbits out of his hat at the last minute."

"Yeah, that's Mr. CIA for you," Mac replied, wrapping her arms around him. "I love you! All your girls do, don't forget that."

"I won't. I love you all too, Sarah."

An hour later, Mac sat with her children. Christiana and Trisha were sleeping soundly in the bed while Serena and Evelyn sat on her lap. "Mommy, where did those people take Daddy?" Serena asked.

"They took him somewhere to talk with him."

Evelyn hugged Mac tightly. She couldn't see her mother's expression, but she could tell by her voice that something was horribly wrong. "Will Daddy come home?" she asked.

"We have to pray that he will, Evie. That bad man is after us again."

Serena cried softly. "Mommy, I don't unerstand! Daddy didn't do anything..." she trailed off, thinking. "... did he?"

"No, baby, Daddy didn't do anything."

Evelyn summed it up in two words. "This sucks!"

Admiral Chegwidden glared at Webb, who stood about 10 feet away for fear of getting his nose broken again. "Webb, you had better get Harm out of that jail immediately! You and I both know he's innocent. You need to start using your brain!"

"You think I wanted this to happen?" Webb shot back. "I can't just make the evidence disappear--"

Chegwidden cut him off. "I'm sure your 'people' have done it before, Webb. Anyway, the point is, we need to find some witnesses who put Harm elsewhere."

"Mac said he was here this morning," Webb told him. "Was anyone else?"

He thought for a minute. "Singer was here when I arrived, maybe she was."

"Lets go find out," Webb suggested.

The two men made their way to Lieutenant Singer's office. "Lieutenant."

"Yes, Sir!" she said, standing up. She was finishing up some last minute paperwork.

"Was Commander Rabb here this morning?"

Singer remembered the phone call she received from someone. He was going to help her move up in the Navy if she lied about seeing Harm in the office that morning. Not sure what she was doing, she replied, "No, he wasn't, Sir."

Chegwidden eyed Webb. "Are you certain, Lieutenant?"

"I am, Sir. I was the only one here this morning."

He nodded. "Thank you," he replied.

When they were back in the Admiral's office, Webb spoke up. "Do you believe her, Admiral? We both know Singer is never very forthcoming."

"I don't believe her, but I don't know what she would have to gain by lying too us... unless..."

"Unless Palmer got to her," Webb finished.
